WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer full-service wedding design including table signage and digital print signage, along with professional freelance graphic design services and B2B contracts, bringing businesses a step above their competition through custom branded products.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO HIRE YOU?
We do not have a set price list, but instead we listen to what the client needs and we build a contract and proposal from there. The best way to get a quote from us is to send us an email, or contact us with a list of what you are looking for.
It is very important to understand that you are not just hiring a graphic design studio, you are hiring a real person, able to build relationships and help elevate your business above the competition.
HOW LONG WILL THE PROJECT TAKE?
We normally recommend a design project to be at least two weeks to ensure the best quality research and design work to be done. It can be done quicker if necessary, of course, if you are just wanting a B2B contract, we can work most of those up in a few days.
WHAT DOES THE PROCESS INVOLVE?
Our design process is set to how you want your project to be completed, but normally we go by our “design pipeline” below:
Hear out client needs and create quote > proposal > 50% down deposit > research > conceptualizing and design work > 1st revisions (more if necessary) > final 50% > deliver > ongoing support after completion.
We do a max of 5 revisions, and if by the 5th revision you are still unhappy, we will require an upcharge for our time and labor.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?
You will receive exactly what we outline in your contract and proposal, however in terms of what Air and Sea Studio will send you could include brand / logo files, custom etched product, graphic design services, and so on. You will receive personal consultation from one of our professional designers during the project, and long after as well.
DO YOU DO ALL THE WORK?
Yes, I do all of the design and production work. My business partner handles the “business side” while I focus on product design and the wedding, graphic design side of things. You will be working directly with me, as I do not have any other employees or third-party contractors, unless mentioned beforehand.
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
As for payments, read what the process involves. We normally request 50% down at the start of your project. The final 50% must be paid in full on completion of the project, but before we release the final art and specified files to you.
We accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp. Bank transfers can be requested, if none of the other forms of payment are available to you.
WHEN CAN WE GET STARTED?
Our studio only takes on a few projects at a time, so be sure to send us an email to check our availability. Most of the time, for smaller projects we can take on a full query at once, so there is more availability on the B2B and etching-required side.
